 I was very impressed with the professionalism of the electrician, his thorough approach to solution my problem, his politeness and communication. I would highly recommend him. 

 We had an electricity failure at 6pm on a Friday night and tried several electricians that wouldnt come out at that time. Contacted Andrew who lives close by but he was on a job some 60 miles away. He was very helpful in talking us through the switch board to identify the problem which was a power failure to the house. We contacted the power supplier and had our electricity back on by 10 pm. Without Andrews help which was over and above the call of duty we would have had a dark night/weekend. 

 Andrew completed the job the day after I initially made contact and was extremely prompt to arrive at the agreed time. He was thorough but quick to carry out the required work. He kept us informed throughout and explained what needed doing and why so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He was friendly and personable and clearly has a wealth of experience behind him. We shall be keeping his card for future use! 

Andrew first came to assess if this could be done. We wanted the chandelier to be in the middle of the dining table which meant that he had to move the electrical point a bit from its original position. He gave an estimate how long it would take. He came on time and we are very pleased with his workmanship. He was not rushing and very accommodating to what we asked. For that reason, I give him another job. Highly recommended service ! 

 Andrew visited initially for an inspection to produce an EICR certificate for the landlord and then subsequently returned to carry out PAT on all of the provided appliances as they were not showing any labels. He was prompt, followed all of the COVID guidelines and was happy to answer any questions asked of him. Thorougly professional, couldn't ask for anything more.
